Cancellation Policy

Anderson Equine requires 24-hour notice via text, e-mail, or phone call to cancel any scheduled massage.

If a massage is cancelled within the 24 hours prior to said massage, the massage must be paid for in full. NO REFUND will be granted.

Please ensure your horse is in their stall for their scheduled massage. Any excess time needed to bring your horse in will limit massage time.
